Do we need to customise the itinerary?

Not at all. Most groups are happy with the recommended itinerary shown on the tour page. If you are, simply send us your date, group size and accommodation details and we can take it from there.

Can we make changes to the itinerary?

Yes. If you would like more or less walking, extra photography time, a slower pace, a particular stop or another small adjustment, let us know when you enquire. We will confirm what comfortably fits within the day.

How much does a private tour cost?

Private day tours start from $1,600 AUD per group. Final pricing depends on group size and any additional inclusions or itinerary changes.

How many people can join?

Our private tours can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Can you pick us up from our hotel?

Hotel pickup is generally available from Melbourne CBD accommodation and some nearby locations, usually within approximately 5 km by road from the CBD, subject to confirmation.

Can children join?

Yes, depending on the tour, walking involved and child restraint requirements. Please include the ages of any children when you enquire so we can confirm what is needed.

What is the private tour cancellation policy?

Private tours can be cancelled free of charge at least 14 days before departure. We do not charge a separate change fee, although changes remain subject to availability and any additional costs created by the change.
