PLEASE RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR AN EXCHANGE. REFUNDS ARE ONLY GRANTED FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS.
- Items can be returned, if sizing ordered is incorrect within 30 days of purchase.
- You are welcome to:
- Exchange for a different size or product.
- Get a store credit
- Please ensure all exchanges come back to us in their original condition, with tags & receipts.
As soon as your return has cleared it’s inspection, it will be processed.

All Other Countries
You are welcome to return for exchange as per the process below. But please note Hike & Seek do not offer free returns for packages delivered outside Australia. The cost of international shipping can make it impractical to return, so please consider this when ordering.
Step 1: Put all of your product in the original packing or find a new box that will fit.
Step 2: Please add the return address listed below.
Step 3: Drop it off at your local Australia Post.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
At Hike & Seek we take great care with each and every customer order – all items are carefully packaged before they leave us to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
However, in the unlikely event that you do receive an item that is damaged, please notify us via e-mail at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt stating the nature of the damage. Please also include photos of the damage.
We will offer an exchange (if available) upon receipt of the returned item, including return postage costs, up to the value of the original outward postage.
Replacements or refunds will not be issued for items sent back without first informing us of your intention to do so and stating the reason for the return.
- Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order, if applicable.
